Hello, I'm Becca

Storyteller

I’m so glad you’re here—thanks for wanting to get to know me!

My photography journey began in 2006 when my high school newspaper teacher handed me a “real” camera. One perfectly timed photo later, I was completely hooked. That passion carried me all the way to East Texas A&M, where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography.

Over the years, photography has become more than creating beautiful images—it’s become storytelling. Whether it’s sharing what God is doing around the world or capturing someone’s dream wedding, I love preserving moments that truly matter. And I’d be honored for the chance to tell your story, too.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me trying out new recipes with my husband, relaxing in a hammock with worship music, or cheering on the Boston Bruins—something I promised to do in my wedding vows! And as a boy mom of two, I’ve gotten pretty good at dodging flying toys and identifying mysterious sticky substances… so capturing unpredictable moments feels second nature to me.

My approach

When I step behind the camera, my first priority is helping you feel completely at ease. I work gently and intentionally to create an environment where you can relax, be yourself, and forget the camera is even there. The best photos happen when you feel natural and confident, not posed or pressured—so I guide just enough to help you feel comfortable, then let real moments unfold. My goal is for you to walk away feeling seen, celebrated, and genuinely yourself in every image.

Before I had my own little models at home, I loved traveling and documenting God stories around the world. I had the incredible opportunity to sit in homes in some of the most remote places and hear firsthand how God was moving in people’s lives. Those experiences taught me the beauty of real, unfiltered moments and sparked my love for capturing stories that are heartfelt, authentic, and full of life.
